Every Hangerloom saree is checked, folded, and packed by hand at our atelier in Trivandrum before it travels to you with a tracked courier. Here is exactly what to expect once your order is placed.
Within India, standard delivery is Rs. 99 per order. Orders above Rs. 4,999 ship free.
International delivery is a flat Rs. 1,800 per order.
The exact charge for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay, and all prices are inclusive of GST.
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2–3 working days. You will get an email the moment your parcel leaves us.

These are courier estimates rather than guarantees. Festive weeks, strikes, and remote pin codes can add a few days.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as payment completes, followed by a shipping confirmation with your courier tracking link once the parcel is dispatched.
If you placed the order while signed in, your orders and their tracking links are also available from your Hangerloom account.

For customers in India, prices are inclusive of GST and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
For international customers, VAT, import duties, and local taxes are borne directly by the customer and are payable to our courier partner at the time of delivery. These are charged over and above the order price, and they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations, so we are not able to quote them in advance.
Our machine embroidery designs are digital files, so nothing is posted and no delivery charge is added. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email as soon as payment completes.
An order containing only downloads skips the delivery step at checkout entirely.
Spotted a mistake in your address? Message us on WhatsApp — +91 6282708501 — as soon as possible. We can usually correct it while the order is still with us, but not once the courier has collected it.
If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel is held for a few days and then returned to our atelier. We are happy to send it out again once the return reaches us; re-delivery is charged at the standard rate for your address.
